A healthy meal is in my opinion one of the best ways to start your day. It gives you a healthy boost and gives you the best preparation for your day. I've always been a breakfast eater I just can't start my day without it. So today I made some Greek yoghurt and blended with raspberrys in my blender to get this fine raspberry flavored yoghurt. Then I topped that off with some banana then some almonds, cashews and some random seeds that I think are quite healthy.(let's hope)
